Policy Groups
The CFA Institute Centre staff is divided into five groups with topical experts and resources in five global offices to maximize our focus on local and regional issues.
| Capital Markets Policy Group |

Fosters the integrity of the capital markets through its work as a thought leader on issues, such as investor protections, shareowners' rights, and corporate governance, that promotes fair and efficient capital markets. |
| Financial Reporting Policy Group |

Works to improve the consistency, clarity, and transparency of corporate financial reporting and disclosures and enhance financial statement presentation. |
| Investment Performance Policy Group |
|
Promotes and maintains the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) as the global standard for the fair representation and full disclosure of investment performance information. |
| Standards of Practice Group |
|
Develops, maintains, and provides education on our Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct and other recommended best practices for the investment industry. |
| Member and Society Relations Policy Group |
|
Manages communications with and educational and advocacy support of CFA Institute members and local societies. |
