June Exam Results
In June, CFA candidates sat for the CFA exam in 256 test centers in 182 cities around the world. We are pleased to announce that 45 percent of the 104,111 CFA candidates worldwide who completed the exam passed. The Level I global pass rate was 46 percent, the Level II global pass rate was 41 percent, and the Level III global pass rate was 49 percent.

Call for CFA Institute Board Nominations
Each year, CFA Institute extends an invitation to all its members/stakeholders to identify and recommend leaders of our profession to serve on our Board of Governors. Because CFA Institute is a volunteer-driven organization, it is particularly important that governors be representative of and nominated by the membership. For this reason, the Nominating Committee, chaired by Brian Singer, CFA, asks for your participation. While this search is an ongoing, year-round process, if nominations are to be considered for the next election, they must be made by 1 November 2009.
