CFA Institute Announces Speakers for European Investment Conference, Berlin, 16–17 November 2017

CFA Institute and CFA Society Germany will host the CFA Institute European Investment Conference on 16 and 17 November at the InterContinental Hotel, Berlin. This year, the conference will bring together Europe’s most eminent investment professionals and economists to debate the latest issues affecting the investment profession against the current geopolitical climate.

Featuring more than 15 sessions examining market trends, new investment opportunities, and practical advice for investment professionals, the conference agenda will tackle topics such as geopolitics, the role of technology, the future of investment advice, private debt as an asset class, activist investing, and equity valuation. Chaired by Ellen Frauenknecht, business journalist and anchorwoman for leading European media groups in German and English, influential academics and practitioners speaking at the conference include:
