Information We Share with OSTA

CFA协会在中国人力资源和社会保障部下属的职业技能鉴定中心 (OSTA) 的监管下，在中国内地举办CFA考试。根据OSTA的监管要求，CFA协会必须向 OSTA提交中国内地考生和CFA持证人的个人信息。CFA协会在考生注册时收集这些个人信息。请特别注意，该有关个人信息收集的要求也适用于最初把考场定在海外，但后来改到中国内地的考生。如考生未能提供OSTA所要求的个人信息，CFA协会有权拒绝向考生发放考试成绩，并采取我们认为必要和适当的其他纠正措施。

CFA Institute administers the CFA Program in Mainland China under regulatory approval granted by Occupational Skills and Testing Authority (OSTA), a division of the country’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. As a condition of the approval to administer the CFA Program in the Mainland of China, OSTA requires us to submit certain personal information of Mainland Chinese candidates and charterholders. We collect such personal information when candidates register. For the avoidance of doubt, such requirement also applies to any candidate who is initially scheduled to test overseas but later changes to a test center in Mainland China. CFA Institute reserves the right to withhold exam results and take other corrective action as we deem necessary and appropriate if a candidate fails to provide any information required by OSTA.
