About the Speaker(s)

Hemant Adhikari currently heads a retail assets processing cell of the State Bank of India at Bengaluru.Before this he headed the Karnataka region of SBI DFI Ltd., a leading primary dealer and subsidiary of the State Bank of India. He has 23 years of experience in the banking sector, working with the State Bank of India and its subsidiaries. He joined the State Bank of Mysore as a probationary officer in 2001 and, since then, has worked in credit, trade finance, and foreign exchange. He has also worked as a dealer in the Treasury Department. He has experience of trading in government securities, corporate bonds, equity, and money market instruments. In addition to these activities, Adhikari has headed various branches throughout his career. Adhikari is a CFA®️ charterholder and also holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration from SCDL, Pune, and Financial Risk Manager (FRM®️) designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Rajeev Radhakrishnan is the director of the CFA Society India and a CFA® charterholder with more than 17 years of rich experience. He currently heads the fixed-income desk at the SBI Mutual Fund. Previously, Radhakrishnan was the co-fund manager for fixed income with UTI Asset Management for seven years. He joined SBI Funds Management as a fixed-income portfolio manager in 2008. He is an engineering graduate and holds a master’s degree in finance from Mumbai University.
